Reading documents nobody wants to read
What it does
Upload an insurance estimate as a PDF. It reads every line item off the page, checks the arithmetic, flags what looks wrong, and exports a file the industry's estimating software imports directly.
Why it is hard
Carrier documents are inconsistent by design. Some are text, some are photographs of paper. It is benchmarked against hundreds of real documents, and it refuses to export when the reading is short a line rather than quietly producing something wrong. Getting that refusal right mattered more than any feature.

Anything arriving as paper or PDF that somebody re-types can be read once and turned into a record. Invoices, purchase orders, timesheets, supplier confirmations.
